Should I re-read "Oyasumi Punpun" because I've paused it for too long?

I recently picked up Oyasumi Punpun again. Earlier, I remember connecting to punpun and "feeling" the manga. But, now it's been around 5-6 months since I left it off. I read around 20 chapters today, and I don't seem to be 'enjoying' it as much. Also, I don't remember some of the stuff that happened but it is not mentioned either. I want to experience this manga as well as I can. But, I also wouldn't prefer re-reading it. Is there any other solution for this? I'm at 102 chapter currently. Is there any quick synopsis or summary (at least 6-8 mins) or do I just have to re-read?

There are volume & chapter summaries on the fandom wiki https://punpun.fandom.com/wiki/Volume_01
Or you could skim the manga itself or watch a youtube video about it

All I know is that if dramedy with dysfunctional families is still your thing, then by all means, continue reading.

If there is sex in this manga like in Golgo 13, then it will sell regardless.

Everyone knows that sex sells. Sex is a huge selling point and you can't sell out millions of copies if it sucks, period. Huge selling point aside from action.

Just keep reading from where you left. If you really like the past arcs, you won't have to ask here whether to re read or not.

You do whatever you want. I personally wouldn't re-read it.

Probably. Or you can scroll past few chapters to see how much do you remember

You should reread it just because. It has been scientifically proven that Oyasumi Punpun promotes the growth of new brain cells and neural connections. Japan's ministry of science has measured a 20 point increase in IQ in individuals who have read Punpun. It has now become part of the country's elementary curriculum.
