Now that's some awesome news. A convenience store romance manga with 1 million copies sold already with just 3 volumes and no anime truly is amazing. An anime might just be coming after it gets enough chapters.
If you enjoyed the time you wasted, then its not a waste of time.

An actual middle aged protagonist who, while understandably shy, actually acts like a damn adult for once. Even his weird parts don’t come across as over the top.

Even his denseness is kinda explained by his terrible vision and tiredness. Older people really ARE far more easily fooled, after all.

And finally, an age gap between grown adults.

This manga doing so well really shows just how much the industry is lacking when it comes to actual RomComs with these topics.

We do get a drama here and there, but we don’t want a fucking drama.

We want RomComs with middle aged men as the protagonists.

I'm very amazed by how they keep the plot exciting over just at one location, usually in these type of manga things get edgy over time but didn't get that here till now and doubt that will happen with the way of writing until now , definitely happy to see this touching heights so they can keep serialisation for much longer with same exciting chapters👍👍 , very happy to read these type of new and fresh mangas which take things different from common one

That's cool, maybe it'll get an anime. It's one of my favorite romance manga, I like both of the leads a lot

It really deserves an anime. Great seinen slice-of-life. Pretty relaxing and easy to relate to when you're getting older.

Damn, I hope that means an anime and a release in Brazil soon. I wanna have this on my bedside to give a read after a tiring day.

bought the 1st volume of the official English release,
and I really REGRET it

I think the English re-translation of the volume is way way worse than the original chapter release translation
and I hate it

unfortunately I'm not gonna buy the following volumes
(or at least not the English releases)
