I'd probably give up on revenge fairly soon and instead focused on making a lot of babies with Kureha, Freia and the rest of the girls. Maybe even make my little kingdom down the road.

Make a revenge plan that didn't include being tortured and raped for a second time, fucking idiot.
If you reply back to me and I never respond, I lost interest and don't care. Sorry about that.

I would give up on revenge too, but i'd do all of the 1st time events all over again for femdom's sake. Kill that dude though cause not into old men, but for everyone else it is open season.

Killing the princess seems like a waste. If you don't want her at least sell her to someone who does.

that defeats the idea of revenge, if she's alive she can scheme towards my downfall, no way I would let such a woman alive, she's too dangerous, she can fool some random guy with her body and manipulate so many people against me.

Then sell her to someone you trust. You have 27 MAL friends, surely at least one of them would be willing to "take care" of her.

LOL that won't work, I made a quick review of my mal friends and here's the finding
19 - end up being manipulated by her (especially choun)
8 - set her free

His revenge plan wouldn't have worked if he didn't get enslaved again. When Keyaru regained his memories, he didn't regain any of his powers from his past life. He was too weak to oppose the empire when they first arrived at his village. He needed to get stronger first, without arousing suspicion from the empire, and the only way to do that was to repeat what happened to him in his past life.

When Keyaru was raped every day in the dungeon, he used Heal on every person he could to copy their experiences and abilities. He became strong by doing so without the empire realizing it. Keyaru made a smart choice by getting tortured and raped for a 2nd time.

And back to this thread's topic: Keyaru did nothing wrong. I would have done exactly the same as him. He's just like me fr fr. I also have been treated like shit by people in my whole life, especially by women. I wish I could become Keyaru and use Heal to repaint the canvas of my life.

What would you do in Keyaru's shoes?

Keep expanding the harem indefinitely, reaping hatred from jelly monogamist, let them attack me on purpose, craft & execute new revenge plans, laughing my ass off while enjoying harem, loop continues...

Well, obviously I won't be a masochist as MC which restarted his life but still went through the same root again for no reason when he could avoid it all and get his revenge in alternative way later or sooner. What is the point of gathering skills and experience from others in such painful way when he could visit taverns with some random adventurers.

In terms of revenge as is I don't see why he was so against that one blonde swordswoman, she just beat him due jealousy what is nothing in comparison what others did, he killed her in pretty rough way while the main culprit of so awful life he keep with him alive and happy, just ridicolous., it shows that he is obsessed with princess in unhealthy way just like she was too for no reason even before gaslighting. If MC really hated her he would change her face and body and then sold her to some brothel at outskirts of empire so nobody would find her in her suffering, there is zero reason to erase her mind and keeping her close.

I think there isn't much I'd do the same way he did.

If I wanted to enact a revenge against those who hurt me, I'd probably go for some elaborate behind the scenes plot, driving the perpetrators into isolation and leading them to despair, having them convince themselves suicide is their best option, and when they actually try to go through with it I'd prevent it and put them in some isolation cell or sell them as slaves... and before I even got to ruin any of their lives I'd realize it's all pointless since they have yet to do anything to me. With that said, IF I wanted to get revenge despite realizing it is literally counterproductive to me living a good life, I'd minimize casualties. Considering his powers I think I could act as the man reforming the kingdom from the shadows, bringing the hammer of judgement upon those who are corrupt.

First of all, run from the kingdom until you have drug nullification. When I do, I'd willingly return and go to the capital. I'd only heal Kureha, then reject healing anyone else and when Flare tries to drug me I'd escape by switching with the maid that served the tea. After that I would probably switch appearance several times to make sure my traces are lost, and get to Branica. After that, I can gradually grow my power. Beyond that, I have both the route of taking revenge or just living out a comfortable life using my powers, using said powers whenever someone would go out of their way to oppress others. Being the shadow hero sounds cool, but I think I'd just aim for a good life in Branica, cause it seems to be a decent place. I'd protect it too given the chance. Eve Reese would be my preference for someone to romance, I could help her grow her power and support her cause she seems to need it. That's it.

Gotta say, from the comments I read before watching I expected better from the revenge plots.

Given the years of torment, the revenge he exacted was actually pretty shallow, I think largely because the show spends too much time being erotica, so his "revenge" always ends up with them being his new fucktoy. The worst part is he wipes their memory, so they don't even realize they're being punished. Where is the revenge there?

The best revenge he got was on the guard captain, who he left in his own body and framed for royal murder. That would have ruined his life in the LONG term if Norn hadn't screwed it up.

For Flare, who was so focused on her rank and so condescending towards peasants and other races, the obvious revenge would be to change her appearance to a demihuman and sell her into slavery in the capital, where she would live within eyesight of the people who should save her, yet doomed to a life of abuse by her former peers and with no one believing her when she says she's the princess and they have to help her.

For Norn, his threat of giving her to the people of the city seemed appropriate. He should have done that. The only real problem might be that they have mercy on her because they don't know how evil and manipulative she is.

Hard to say for Bullet, since we don't know in what context the MC will meet him.

For the king, let him stay king, but helpless to stop the slow destruction of his regime. The key, as with the others, is that he has to know it's being done to him and by who. MC should use his ability to change shapes and memories to make sure that the king knows the MC is doing it to him, but can never prove it, constantly seeming to jump at false conspiracies (which are in fact real conspiracies) until everyone around him treats him like he's paranoid and insane, when in fact he's the only one who knows what is going on but can't stop it.

@LostSpectre Pretty old comment, but I'm not sure it's possible.

They knew where to find the hero. Even if you ran, at the time you were appointed a hero you had no skills besides healing, you get those by being around the strongest people in the country... the same people who were looking for you... the same people who do that heinous crap to you.

You'd need a story more similar to RE:Zero where the protagonist has basically endless chances to achieve it. For Keyaru he could only do this if he managed to get hands on the philosopher's stone again, which was in the Demon Lord. An entity he only had a shadow of a chance against because he'd been through all that crap.

I think I would attempt to alter minor things, knowing that if I fail things could go even worse.

@amf85 Agreed, to make it even more extreme he could give them their mind back every now and then, including the knowledge that they're now his slave.
