Not really, it's a very big disappointment for me.

Yes I liked it. I don't need any more episodes to understand everything that happened.

I don't hate the ending itself, I hate everything that's leading up to the ending

I don't know what Charlotte is and I don't care to know.
Ask this question at that anime page, not in general discussion.

To be honest, The show was all over the place, the first half was highschool rom com, but the second half was timetravel and stuff. I think if it was more fluid with its stuff, or if it was 24 episodes, and the ending had more episodes to be fleshed out, it could've been really good. The ending I thought was really rushed, since it basically all happened in 1 episode, but the idea was good.

I don't like anything about Charlotte, one of the worst shows that I have seen.

Jun Maeda is a horrible anime screenplay writer and he should focus on his visual nivels
If you're a fanboy, please don't waste my time.

Watch more movies, please.

Perhaps, this is hell.

From what I've heard, Charlotte (like Angel Beats!) was originally supposed to be ~24 episodes, which is why things wound up so rushed and compressed at the end. I wouldn't say I outright like the ending, but I understand and respect it -- they made it work the best they could, given the circumstances. Still liked the show overall, though.

one of the most rushed endings I've ever seen in a show in general, not just anime.

I agree, even though I enjoyed it. Just disappointingly rushed.

I didn't make it to the ending.
The show is too boring before it devolves into an edgy mess that I could potentially enjoy.

Don't know and frankly don't care, this should have been posted in the forum for the anime.

It's not a bad ending, but I would call it average personally. Reminded me a little bit of Guilty Crown's ending.
What I'm trying to say is the ending didn't ruin my overall experience of the anime, nor did it even tarnish it slightly, it was just fine, nothing especially good, or bad.

I'm using this feature for the first time, I wasn't aware of it. I only read the title "Anime Discussion" and didn't notice the text under it since I was using a mobile. Thank you for pointing it out.

No, it's the main reason the show didn't do as well as it should have in my humble opinion. The ending felt rushed because it introduces a new, very dangerous character flaw in our MC that gets resolved in less than one episode. It also feels incredibly forced since we watch someone travel the world and collect every superpower hidden among 7 billion people. Granted, he did have a map to tell him where everyone was. But it seems extremely unlikely that he didn't face one difficulty that whole time (besides language barriers lmao). Honestly, you could make a whole Season 2 out of the final episode if you really wanted. At the very least, it should have been about the length of a movie (so 3-ish episodes).
