Compare/Contrast with "Lost" Episode 15

Who here has actually seen the "lost" Episode 15 that this movie sort-of replaces? Obviously there can't be a 1:1 comparison of a 24 minute episode with a feature length movie, but what do you think about the differences in general?

I have seen episode 15. One thing they left out was in the tv series Cruz had some spiel about abandoning weapons and using "Mobile Suit Martial Arts". Other than that Amuro was in the Core Fighter when he landed on the island instead of the Gundam. The movie added a whole lot of pointless fluff to reach a decent run time. All the stuff with Cruz's old squad, Mcquve, general Revill, the missles, the rest of the white base crew trying to rescue Amuro was just padding.

One of the best things that episode 15 did was show a lot of growth for Amuro as a pilot. Learning Mobile Suit martial arts from a former enemy was a really cool idea.
