| Had a lot of fun with this show, it's my favorite among the "new gen" shonen (MHA, JJK, DS). Excited to see where this is heading. I have a feeling it's a show where there is no "good ending" for anybody, Aki only has 2 years left to live too and I think he's going to use it all up in the battle against the Gun Devil. I like that despite all of that, Denji is just trying to live his best life. |

| That was a nice first season.The animation was great (except for the CGI although it wasn't as bas as for other shows),I liked the main characters, there are some interesting thematics... I wasn't very very engaged because battle shonen is far from being one of my favorite genres but it was still enjoyable and I really appreciated the ride. There were a lot of intriguing elements too, I'm especially looking forward to some reveals regarding Makima, she's a very mysterious but interesting character. Also, rip Himeno, I really liked her character. I give this season a 6/10 ! I'm curious to see where the story will go in the next arcs. |
