| I am still reading this novel and I wondered what is so different about new testament since it's own separate releases. |

| the focus is on magic gods, I think it went off the rails. it's a new throwaway girl every book, felt more lighthearted. had less of a payoff and instead of slowly building up to something big, it's all over the place. a bunch of things I was interested in were ignored. then s3 happened, drained my interest in the franchise. |
