The way Overlord works, if that one attack was equivalent to a level 40's attack like the LN said, he had to be approximately 10x stronger to just damage Cocytus XD (need to be level 60 for that), which is basically doing what Brain did, but 3 more times. In other words, this is why to even damage a level 100 entity, you need to be at level 60 in Overlord (and this is what is called High Tier Physical Nullification, which Ainz disabled against his fight vs the Warrior King in ep 4, and enabled towards the end) |

| Even after Pandora's actors loss, there's not enough information about Riku's abilities and if he was actually using a world item or not. Therefor it's no surprise that Ainz prepares for another apparent defeat. Hopefully next time he gets more clarification. That ambush on Lakyus came out of nowhere and definitely got me a little confused at first, especially since the Blue Rose members didn't go soft on her at all. I guess having a stubborn leader sometimes gives you no other choice lol. I had the same facial expression as Climb when I saw princess Renner testing out Gazef's sword. You can't tell me that she never had a sword in her hands before. RIP Brain. You evolved a lot through all the seasons and fought like a true warrior till the end. Unfortunately Cocytus was on another level, a level you most likely would have never been able reach. Still, Cocytus saw the potential in Brain and showed him lots of respect at the end. Such a beautiful scene, I loved it. I'm sad that there's only 1 episode left, but at the same time I'm also pretty curious about the conclusion of this season. |

| Brain's resolution is certainly admiring, strong enough to impress Cocytus O.o I kinda felt the episode went by so fast, but that's a good thing! |

| Episode left me shocked several times. From Lakyus being beaten and mind controlled by her group to force her to evacuate, to the princess being able to wield a sword with potential greater than climb, to Brains death! Cant believe its almost over. |

| First Zanac and now my man Brain. They are killing well-written characters left and right this season. Not gonna lie, it was being a rather meh episode until the Brain vs. Cocytus confrontation. That sequence with Blue Rose attacking Lakyus was... unnecessarily long and weird. Also Cocytus surrounding the buildings instead of walking pass Brain as sign of respect. Damn, how honorable. |
| Brain’s death by Cocytus was sad, I would have loved for Shalltear (obviously Sebas can’t be here and reveal his true identity) to be present in that fight to give Brain some final comforting words. Had he survived with Gazef and Zanac, I would like to see their kingdom forming an alliance with the Sorceror Kingdom. Blue Rose’s death would be more underwhelming than Brain’s if they had stayed to defend the kingdom. Ainz seems to be aware of the 6 gods and 8 greedy kings this episode. I don’t recall when did he find out about this. |

| The part with the princesses was correct, but the fight at the end is ridiculously short. One hit and it's over. Why are every humans so goddam weak in this series ? |
| Cocytus' gesture of respect to Unglaus was a very neat touch, and a fitting end to one of the first human characters we followed. The only moment that was even better in this season was Ainz recalling his time with the adventurers from the first season. |

I hope Lakyus won't remember anything from it, except for the bitter tea. Cocytus wins Fatality! He showed respect but choose an OP weapon. That unfortunately wasn't even a fight to begin with. Brain was an idiot, there was no rush to end his life. Choosing honor over his own life, should have trained more instead ahahaha. It doesn't make sense in this show that the human race is that weak compared to monsters and everyone else. A miracle that the kingdoms have survived for this long. Aura's campaign looked very funny with the animals and when Iri appeared it became completely nuts. "I will give you a special mission, walk around the castle walls and squish all the people with your feet" Lol the Princess has her very own agenda, I hope that will be shown partially next episode. |

| MADHOUSE animators must be really enjoying these not-so-action-packed episodes. And the viewers such as myself too, because IDK what I'd do if I saw more CGI skeleton guys. |

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |
