Similar Anime?

I’m really enjoying this anime for the simple reason I can just watch and enjoy it casually and not follow an in depth plot. Actually do find it quite funny as well. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for similar anime like this that I could potentially watch?

Daily Life of the immortal king. It has less comedy but really good animation and fights. Not sure if it's an anime because it's not from Japan but it's on MAL🧍🤷

I wouldn’t say this is similar, but I ended up getting the same vibes from the new show which is now airing “Uncle from another world”. Check it out if you want, in my opinion, it’s very enjoyable.

Asobi asobase. It's great with facial expressions and casual as well.

I regularly watch casual anime while I eat, and keep serious anime for another time. This was the one I enjoyed the most.

I really enjoyed Ichigo Mashimaro because it was super silly. And Saiki was super silly to me, too. So maybe, you'll like it. :)

The Daily Life of the Immortal King is probably the closest, but the Mandarin is off putting to some. They have an English dub in the works, but from what I’ve watched of it, it’s just ok.

trying not to repeat the same titles that others have given but some are worth repeating.
handa-kun -short and funny and cant help myself from rewatching it and by extension barakamon too
mob psycho 100 -same fun psychic beat
cromartie highschool -has aged in terms of animation but is one of my favorite comedies. very much an adult swim show so watch the dub 100%
gekkan shoujo nozaki kun -fun highschool romance presented in comedy skits
nichijou -classic
gintama -another classic
hitman reborn -was debating even adding this one but i think if you like comedy and action and being silly youll probably like this one too.

“Sakamoto Desu Ga?” Is another school comedy that gave me Saiki vibes, only 12 ep and a special, definitely worth a watch if you enjoyed Saiki

I second nichijou, nozaki-kun & danshi koukousei because they fit the casual comedy, episodic format and lack of an overarching plot point OP seems to be looking for.

Don’t second:
Mob psycho - it may have comedic elements, but there is an overarching plot point and the main point of this show is very different from the rest. It’s not really casual comedy, vibes are very different.
Gintama - unless you cherry pick. This show is super long and the serious arcs can be long af. There is an overarching plot point for sure.

Bonus rec: cromartie highschool. It’s an old show and the humour isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but some such as myself find it hilarious af. You can tell whether or not you’d like it just from completing episode 1.
