The official website of the Hataraku Maou-sama!! (The Devil is a Part-Timer! Season 2) revealed four new cast and a second promotional video on Friday. The second season is scheduled to premiere on July 14 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11, followed by MBS and AT-X. Disney+ will stream the anime in Japan.

Cast
Lailah: Kikuko Inoue (Komi-san wa, Comyushou desu.)
Gabriel: Takehito Koyasu (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu)
Camio: Kenichi Ogata (Boku no Hero Academia 2nd Season)
Amane Ooguro: Yuuko Kaida (Kubikiri Cycle: Aoiro Savant to Zaregototsukai)

Singer Minami Kuribayashi is returning to perform the new season's opening theme "WITH," while Marina Horiuchi is performing the ending theme "Suikyou no Sekai." The opening theme is previewed in the promotional video below.

Daisuke Tsukushi (Isekai Cheat Magician) is helming the 2nd season at Studio 3Hz. Masahiro Yokotani (Hataraku Maou-sama!) is handling the series composition and Yuuta Iino (22/7 animation director) is designing the characters. Ryousuke Nakanishi (High School DxD) is composing the music.

Wagahara originally submitted the novel under the title Maoujou wa Rokujou Hitoma! (The Devil's Castle within a Six-tatami Room!) at the 17th Dengeki Taisho awards in November 2010 and won the Silver Prize. Dengeki Bunko began printing the novel with illustrations by 029 (Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de) the following February and shipped the 21st and final volume in August 2020.

Well this looks like a major cash grab opportunity but to get this handled by sub par anime quality team is looking like a big mistake. Sorry for negativity but Isekai cheat magician is why people can trash Isekai and not even me can sing praises for Isekai.

Even user random gif looks better than that cover art.

Anyways, hope Disney won't be like Sony ruining things they touch with censorship.

I mean hey guys I'm super excited alright.

The promos continue to look underwhelming. Like they're not even well-edited. Not a big fan of the new character designs either. Shit barely moves. This trailer had like 4 to 5 cuts max that looked like they had any motion. The rest was either lip flaps or camera pans.
Let's just hope that the comedy somehow manages to land.

Despite being excited for this, the art and animation are looking rough. The first season aired almost 10 years ago and looks miles better.
