I think it would benefit us greatly if MAL provided links to fandom wikis on a series' entry for both anime and manga/LN. This can provide us a lot more info than what the site currently does, and those sites can be used to update and upload series info to the MAL entry.

e.g
High School DxD: https://highschooldxd.fandom.com/wiki/High_School_DxD_(light_novels)
One Piece: https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/One_Piece_Wiki
Naruto: https://naruto.fandom.com/wiki/Narutopedia

And many more...

seems like a neat idea, more info is always appreciated and sometimes when you click a character on MAL you don't really wanna be bombarded with spoiler info so I guess it would be better to just go visit its wiki.
and we also have the wikipedia and some official pages for anime, I don't think there's anything wrong with adding fan wiki cause it's 100% very informative and made by big fans who know their fav stuff to a T.

There's only the normal Wikipedia links for the series, not the Fandom Wikis

Ahhh I'm blind. I see them on those, we just need to go through as many series as we can and link each franchise to the fandom wiki

I just happened upon this thread while searching for any announcements or threads about 'External Links'. I only noticed now that we can finally add/submit external links to sidebars of anime and manga pages similar to AniList and AniDB. For anime pages, URLs or IDs of official sites, AniDB, ANN, Wikipedia and Syoboi pages can now be edited by users. There's still no option for Fandom Wiki, though. But you can probably click 'Add Site' and select 'Other' for that. As for manga pages, we can only submit official sites and Wikipedia pages.

And since this thread is regarding Fandom Wiki links, here's a Fandom Wiki club I made before since I wanted to have anime and manga pages with Fandom Wiki banners listed or collated in one place. There are also links to Fandom Wikis in the club. If you find an anime or manga with the Fandom banner not yet in the Anime or Manga Relations please inform the club. I also made a guide on how to add the MAL-Banner in Fandom Wikis.

There's only one thread I could find before in MAL about the FandomxMAL banner: Feedback regarding the Fandom (aka Wikia) banner under the external links section.

I maybe late on finding out about the external links edit button on anime and manga pages but I'm really glad they implemented the feature. I've always wanted that feature (see: Is there a way to check the status of my submissions/edits?, Improvements to adding things to the Database, Add a section for sources when making a submission.); I've been suggesting it multiple times as well as other users (see: Where is button to add external link?). Finally!

I hope they announce changes like this. They really need to have a changelog available to users. The updates and announcements on the Updates & Announcements forum should be separated and reorganized, a separate tab exclusive to system updates/changelog and another tab just for event announcements/newsletters. (see: a list of all the MAL updates; also: Public roadmap?)

Edit:
I tried submitting a Fandom Wiki link to an anime page and it got accepted although no Fandom banner appeared on the page, just a regular text link. I'm still not sure how the Fandom banner is added to the DB.

Can anyone added "View The Wiki on Fandom" Banner for these series;  Nokemono-tachi no Yoru, Mahoutsukai no Yome, and Niehime to Kemono no Ou since they have its own wikis/Fandoms? This is the first time I post here.

You can submit external links on anime and manga pages. Just click the 'Edit' button on the upper right corner and choose 'External Links'. Then click 'Add Site' on the 'Resource URL' section. Choose 'Other', add Fandom Wiki as label name and paste the site url.

Or if you can provide the Fandom Wiki links of the anime you mentioned above here then I'd be fine adding them.

Alright. So I just submitted the links you provided. Let's just wait for approval.

Update: The links have been approved although they only appear as plain links and not like those with the Fandom banner.
