| I noticed that it mentioned that an Irish studio was involved in the 2nd series. I can only think of 1 studio from Ireland and that would be cartoon saloon. This is something to be very exited for as they made some of, if not the best animated films of the last 10 years. They are often quoted as the Ghibli of the west. |
| I think it's super exciting that they're trying to go more global, but I don't know. A lot of the shorts from Season 1 have pretty open endings: Twins, 9th Jedi, and Lop especially, so I'm hoping there will be sequels to them. If it's still just 9 episodes I don't really see it happening, since it will be animated by studios from at least 9 different countries. French studios have made some good shows though, like Wakfu and Arcane. Overall very excited to see the end result, even if it's not just anime this time. |
| from a story telling perspective, after watching tales of the jedi, visions looks so bad in compariison. I swear the rotten tomatoes critics gave barely seen any anime. You just cannot make a good standalone 15 minute story without relying on canon |
