| If were are gonna go ahead and have the next who knows how many upcoming posts be based on "how much I hate english dubs and Japanese/original are always better," then at the very least be fucking constructive about your personal opinion, and let that REMAIN your personal opinion please?! I see that kind of commentary beaten to the ground all over this forum and more than half the time they are complaints over the pronounciations of names or something and how they don't sound "exactly" like the Japanese counterpart as if that makes up the overall factor to how a voice actor's "acting" is. I'm not bashing over people over not liking a dub. I mean if you don't like a dub, then you don't like a dub. I just wish people were more clear on how exactly a dub bothers them as oppose to how much a dub bothers them. Anyway, ranting aside, while I haven't seen much of Vampire Knight and don't really care for it, I think Vic will probably do at least a decent job. So far hasn't seem to fail at capturing the way he acts according to the distinct personalities between his characters, even if his own voice is not hard to recognize. I mean it's not as if he ever voiced in stuff like Digimon, where the actors would get away with applying unusual voices for the characters, like with Kirk Thorton as Gabumon or Steve Blum as Guilmon. |

| Hm, I'm not so sure. Vic IS amazing, but only for a certain type-cast. I can't see him playing roles other than the loudmouthed, cheerful, burstful personality type - so Zero is a complete 180 to his normal cast. I mean Zero's 110% emo! Imagine that, from the lovable Tamaki and Ed to the angsty Zero! But, we'll just have to wait and see for the dub to come out - who knows, Vic may just surprise us all. |

Forbesii was a very serious role, but Zero really is 110% emo, not serious. |

I'm a HUGE fan of Vic and of Vampire Knight, but I just don't see his voice fitting the role. But like you said, he might surprise us all. He is a really good actor after all. Actually I kind of hoped he'd be the voice of Aidou. I wonder who else is in the cast!!!! |

| I don't know why people think Vic can't do angst. Edward Elric is a pretty angsty kid and that's Vic's best known role. :/ |

I thought Zero's japanese voice was too deep anyway, not believable for his character IMO. |
