Why this tag in the manga?

Why in mangadex this manga is tagged like suggestive? It have ecchi or something?

The USA tend to consider "suggestive" anything where you can see female breasts. There's nothing suggestive in the Emanon comics but the heroines are sometimes seen naked (thus, breasts in plain view, so even though it's totally "matter of fact" it will be considered suggestive by some people).
