The 2 project other than demon slayer are movies, so there are shorter in length. Unlike other studio, ufotable's movie are not higher quality than tv series (thus not more work).
Plus non of them has release date yet.

They should've just drop the two projects and focused on a potentially popular work alongside demon slayer. Maybe adapting kaiju no8, witch hat atelier, souso no freiren or even a reboot of the toaru series.
On the same matter, adapting Mahoyo in movie format would be destined to be rushed so why do they even bother adapting it that way? The nasty ass typemoon fans will just complain about it anyway and they deserve something worse like studio deen.
