As for me, i felt the best girl was "Sakaki Ryoko". Purely based on my personal opinion and tastes.

Food Wars was one of the first Anime's I watched and I always like Megumi the best. Still hold that opinion.

I really liked 1st and 2nd season megumin, but felt she went worse. Sasaki was also a really good character but hardly got any development so can't say she was my favorite. Rindou and Alice were really nice characters too. But my overall favorite would be Erina and second Ikumi, in aesthetic I would say Sasaki.

Rindou is literally like a hungry stray cat always jumping from one place to another snacking. Not to mention very cunning too.
Never the less she's quite sexy too.

My favourite scene of hers was from season 3 during the school festival with ryo and Akira.

Rindo reminded me of a cat at first, which just caught my attention, but in the end her behavior, way of thinking, stole my heart. she is a character I'd like to be inspired by, even if she seems strange.And there are few such characters. And in addition, he makes perfect food for me 🤤
