[Spoilers!] That blonde guy at the end

At the end of the last episode of Kanata no Astra, Kanata turned around and he looked at someone when he entered the spaceship with Zack and Charce. There was a guy who had blonde hair and green eyes if i remember correctly. Like I mean he literally looked like Charce, but it wouldn‘t make any sense imo. Who tf was that?
