What are the shows were the main/side couple separated from each other and reunited in the ending?

You know the trope in some shows where a couple decided to separate from each other near the end, but by the ending they somehow reunited with each other again. Some spoiler alert to be seen in this thread, but one of the main examples I can think of in my head are Toradora and Higehiro.

Do you know more shows that followed this exact fate, and what do you think about this trope?

The final arc of
was like that and it was the weakest part of the story in my opinion.

I have seen once a one minute long animation where in the first scene the wife leaves his husband alone to go shopping and then in the last scene returns home again to fix a meal for dinner to the guy. Does that count?

gosick as well, but it doesn't really happen until around the season finale.,

It sort of happens in Kimi no Na wa and also for a few minutes in the last episode of Takagi-san 2, but in both cases it wasn't a decision of the couple. I like this because it's so good when they get reunited again
