That is very common for slice of life anime, K-On, YuruYuri, Non Non Biyori, all have little to no male characters.

OFC not. It's a Yuri/Cute ""GIRLS"" doing cute things. There are often zero males or maybe one supporting male in those kinds of anime

They can but this is only so rare, my exceptions are some romance characters and the "trap" characters, CGDCT is basically a Semi-Yuri universe.

There are some males, you just need to look a bit closer because they are always just seen in the background, like episode 4 on the festival I did see some (I'm pretty sure they were male)
