For example Hanazawa(花澤) Kana(香菜) but when written in romaji or english alphabets people often use Kana Hanazawa.

Edit: I know the name order is different in Japan being Family name, first name, the thing is why do people change that order into a western format of first name, last name?

Because Japan uses last name, first name instead of first name, last name like nearly everyone else does?

Because in some countries we're used to saying the names first.

in Japan it goes family name first then given name. Western people do it different for no reason at all.

Because romaji exists for the convenience of westerners.

Because most japanese families, like most asians, write their surnames first. I think they switch the order for romaji so western people would know which are the first and last names. The most important part is to know which is the surname name and which is the actual name, not the order of the name.

Because you can't translate something into English without making it confusing. Blame the English language, not the translator.

i believe it's because they call most people (last name)-(honorific) in japan to show respect, so most people just use (last name) (first name) when referring to somebody in japan or who is japanese.

You should use the conventions of the language you're communicating in to avoid confusion. Translations are meant to make things understandable to all who use the language into which they were translated, so keeping elements of the original language undermines the value of making a translation in the first place. The only times exceptions should be made are when there's no other way to adequately convey the original meaning due to the limitations of the target language. For example, honorifics are far more nuanced in Japanese than in English, so it might be easier to leave them and make a note explaining them.

A society which fails to uphold empathy as its foremost guiding principle is doomed to ignore or even defend the exploitation of its most vulnerable members.

I personally use whatever they use in anime or on MAL, at least that's how I memorized the names of many voice actors. If the anime uses first name first, then I'll use the first name first. If it follows the Japanese method, then that's what I use because I get used to it watching the anime. For voice actors, MAL puts last name first, and that's how I learned their names. I also know French, and they use last name first, so I'm not bothered by the order inversion.
I sometimes forget to finish my sentences.

For whatever reason Japanese people seem to be used to conforming to western standards whenever names and a western person is involved. My understanding is that if a Japanese person is talking to a westerner they'll reverse their name (put the family name last), but if you were in Japan and reverse your own name (put the family name first) they'd find it weird.

As to why this is, I have no idea. Perhaps it originated from Japanese people trying to be considerate to westerners. Regardless, that's simply the way it is. Tbh I would prefer they keep the Japanese naming style in anime and manga. There's not really any need to reverse it, and because some do and some don't sometimes it takes me a while to figure out which is a character's given name and which is their family name.
The criteria I use when rating shows is on my profile.

There's no translation involved it's just pronouncing Japanese syllabus with English alphabets. For example 夜(Ya)神(Gami)月(Light) instead of 月(Light)夜(Ya)神(Gami). Imagine how funny it is if people pronounced Biden Joe or Trump Donald.

I have nothing against that, if it makes more sense in their minds.
