| gridman’s plot was more concise and overall better, but dynazenon has strengths in other areas. i love dynazenon’s voice acting, it’s very memorable. dynazenon’s cast of characters were just as good, if not better, than gridman’s as well, imo. production-wise they’re equally as good in addition. if you loved gridman you definitely won’t be disappointed watching dynazenon |

| Gridman was meh outside of Rikka and Akane's designs and the surprising ending, I didnt hate Gridman but I also did not like it, whereas I loved almost if not every ep of Dynazenon, the way it told the stories of the main characters and their developments made the ride worth every second, the final ep nailed everything I wanted, cool moments of each character and having the main 2 chars end up, dynazenon has been such a surprise hidden gem for me, I did not come in here expecting to get attached to Yume, Yomo and Gauma this much. |

| While Dynazenon is quite phenomenal, I still prefer Gridman. The overall cast and relationship development is a lot better in dynazenon, but the philosophy, emotional drive, and overall story is better in Gridman. Plus Gridman emulates the show as if it was a live action tokusatsu better as well. I’m a huge tokusatsu fan and Gridman overall was the one that gave me nostalgic feelings of my old days of watching toku shows like Kamen rider. Dynazenon felt pretty inconsistent and some of the scenes were pretty floaty which I felt like fits better in an live action. Overall this show is near masterpiece, solid. Looking forward to future anime from this series. |

| Both at around the same level, but Gridman comes out on top. It has a more focused cast and story, it handles its ideas much more impactfully, and just sort of hits harder not having a precursor it's clearly echoing like Dynazenon is. |

| I am half way through dynazenon and so far gridman is way superior in almost everything except the animation Edit: just finished it and yeah gridman is galaxies ahead of it. I am so disappointed |

| Hmm wasn't better for me, what kept me interested in Gridman were the twists and villain and overall mystery of everything but here on Dynazenon which is more character focused, I didnt really feel particularly invested into any character. Yume was kinda interesting at the start but ultimately that didnt really go anywhere. |
