For me, female best is Shinobu. Male is Kyojuro (Rengoku)

Giyu Tomioka is my favourite, then it would be Rengoku.

I agree with you on both, however this is just as an anime only. Purely design-wise, my favorite is the stone hashira and I cant wait to learn more about him.
Some things can only be achieved through animation.

Aside from the obvious ones (Giyu, Shinobu, Rengoku) I really love Mitsuri and Tokito, which is largely why [REDACTED] is my favorite manga arc

If I were to go anime only, 100% giyu (third favorite pillar). Manga would be sanemi (2) and tengen (1).

Sanemi is good. But something I don't understand is that everyone hates on him for trying to kill Nezuko but when Giyu and Kanao do the exact same thing they brush it off and act like they never did that just stop it's hypocritical (And no not manga spoilers the anime adapted these parts)

I like how you aren't a hypocrite, many hate Sanemi for trying to kill Nezuko but ignores Giyu's attempt. Like why is Giyu trying to kill Nezuko any different from Sanemi?

Based only on anime there's only three we know well and I'd rank them
1)Rengoku
2)Shinobu
3)Giyuu

Based off impressions + who I know it'd go

1)Rengoku 10/10
2)Muichiro 9.5/10
3)Shinobu 9.5/10
4)Tengen 9.5/10
5)Gyomei 9.5/10
6)Mitsuri 7/10
7)Sanemi 7/10
8)Giyuu 6.5/10
9)Obanai 6/10

Added a rating to show that my opinions on 1-5 currently are quite a bit better than 6-9(Sorry about Giyuu, I like them all, but he just seems the most boring to me😭. Also Obanai is last because he gave me the smallest impression)
