at the end of episode 12 it said a question and then followed with "that's classified information", could this be a hint to a second season?

Maybe I couldn't tell if that was hint to a second season but to me its promising

I want to find out more about the "past civilization" - I mean I get what they were hinting at about it but I really want to see more

I use and recommend MAL-Sync, a free, open-source tool that tracks progress on a large number of sites, delivers episode notifications, syncs across tracking websites, and adds extra information such as where to read/watch right on the MAL website. I also recommend Tachiyomi, another open-sourced software, which runs on most mobile devices, allows manga reading from a variety of sources, and tracks to various websites using their APIs

I give it a near zero chance. This book is one of my absolute favorites, but it's not as popular as like arifureta or berserk. It likely won't overcome it's horrible review score to get a season 2.

Honestly, I would almost rather they redid season 1 with higher production value and more book accuracy; But, it's not like anything they skipped or changed would cause issues with a season 2.

Content wise if they did 4 books again, it would end on the finale of Ascham which would be good. I don't even remember book 5 except the wonder trio shows up (the anime only has like 30 seconds of these characters). Book 6 has the faeries and group trying to do a mission without mile. Book 7 does this religious cult thing and an interesting baron arc. Book 8 also has one of my favorite side stories with the nanomachines piloting a mile mech.

Given how adaptation was I doubt we will see second season. It is shame. I really liked the light novels and anime was fun to watch. I just wish that they would followed more closely light novels story.

In the latest revision, Project No. 9 or any company linked with the making of the series hasn’t officially verified the date of Noukin Didn’t You Say I’d Make My Skills average in the next life Why is that? Season 2 release date. Also, the release date of an Noukin sequel been confirmed.

If the confirmation is made the post will then be revised with pertinent information. While we wait, we can begin to speculate on when, or if the Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta Yo Ne! The Season 2 premiere date will be in the near future.

This is classic Funa-sensei all their novel starts out interesting but loss steam because they are busy writing their next isekai book.

Funa-sensei's work are trash tier.

I hope there will be a second season of this work. This work is at least interesting because it is very rare for isekai anime not to use demonic elements in this work.

Extremely unlikely.
One way you can tell there probably won't be a second season is because the first (and probably only) season is not very faithful to the source material (see separate thread), to the point that if you want to switch to the LN you have to read it from the beginning. A lot of events and characters are missing from the anime, and some are critical to the continuation of the story, which would make an adaptation very difficult. If a second season ever happens it's likely to stray even further away from the LN.
