| Even though I haven't watched Great Teacher Onizuka... probably Great Teacher Onizuka Eikichi. I mean shit, it's a factual statement considering his title. All jokes aside, from the shows I've watched, it's probably Ryousuke Takahashi. While he never taught Takumi directly, he let Takumi work out his own style and intuit what was best for himself, and it takes some real tutoring skill to do that. He was one of the most essential components to Takumi being able to race as well as he did by the end of the show, and I have no doubt that if Takumi stuck with him even longer, he'd become one of the most spectacular racers the world has ever known. |
