| For the ones that like to bother others (like me) with "you should read the manga/LN", please stop. I don't read mangas, I will NOT read mangas, I will not listen to what manga readers complain in adaptation to the anime counterpart, I only watch anime except in very few and specific situations. |

I saw similar things on forum for the new season of MHA. Some people are saying that status changed by itself to Dropped and Score to 6 without them doing it. So it seems its not just Slime problem. Also i noticed that the number of people that scored Slime went from 80k yesterday to 64k today, which is also wierd. |

| Basically, MAL's system works on a strange 12-24 hour loophole regarding time zones, cuz the show won't air its finale for another day but we're 13 hours behind Japan. For example, it's 1 PM March 29 at the time of this post for anyone in EST time zone, whereas it's 2 AM March 30 rn in Japan's time zone. This loophole is where a fair amount of people try to submit "complete" reviews for shows they haven't seen the finale of since said finales haven't aired yet. This happens when the episode count and end date are set on MAL, whereas with some shows, those things and therefore, the finished airing tag, get put in after at least a day after the series has already concluded (as an example that got me screwed over cuz my review for a completed series got marked as preliminary, see Twilight Axis). |
