| Armin cares about everyone inside that building, some of the people in there are also his friends and comrades, so why would he blow everyone up? |

| 1) Why would he threaten Eren? He just wanted to talk to him. 2) He did not have a cut or anything to threaten Eren with. If he tries to injure himself, Eren would have transformed immediately. 3) Colossal Titan is literally a nuke. Armin's transformation would have destroyed everything there. |

| The colossal titan is a literal nuke as well so it would easily kill people that are close to that room, and I feel like Eren would think that Armin wouldn't go as far as to transforming into his titan just so that he could talk to him |

| Because he didn't want to kill Eren, they're friends and Armin only wanted to talk to him. Armin never was the threatening type, even with RBA knowing they're enemies he was always like "let's talk to them first". Also even if he attempted to threaten Eren, it wouldn't have worked, because Eren knows Armin would never transform and nuke everyone in the building. |
| Apart from the answers given above, I will also add that eren has the founding titan. And killing him would pretty much mean losing any hope of protecting paradis since you need rumbling. |
