First of all I'd say that it's rather better to keep the whole argument under spoilers since it might mention certain major events that happened in AoT
But coming to the points:
Of course, she did what you said & keeping that in mind, attacking Levi like she did is definitely not unreasonable considering the very situation & scenario she faced. It's pretty natural for someone become impulsive when you see the very last chance of survival for someone very close to you being taken away in front of your eyes, the natural impulse would be to intervene & grasp the last chance the dying one close to you has of surviving, henceforth Eren & Mikasa's insubordination or rather "mutiny" of opposing Levi is his desicion to revive Erwin instead in that scenario. Also I did not forget about the part that Hange did restrain & talk sense into Mikasa to make her refrain from her insubordination, as you can see that I even mentioned in my post back there "after Hange's speech'", but the point is that she was able to come to the realization & and was able to make tough & yet rational decision of abating/giving in from what she was impulsively doing before in the heat of the situation. I'm obviously not denying the influence of Hange's speech which helped Mikasa in making the more rational decision there, but my point is that the enormous stakes & "toughness" of the situation under which Mikasa was able to make the tough decision shouldn't be ignored. Pretty understandably it was that kind of a situation which can easily put someone into strong indecisiveness as for whether to let your personal feelings for the one dying take over or to take the hard decision for the sake of greater good, and despite all that, Mikasa was eventually able to make the more rational decision. Yes, Hange's speech was very influential in making her realize the more rational way of things, but considering the sheer stakes & tightness of the situation I think it was a commendable decision making from her to let aside her personal feelings + overcome the very natural impulsiveness of the situation to eventually give up & make the better decision. Because after all, it was ultimately Mikasa who make the very decision of abating & giving up from what she was impulsively doing, it's not like she was forcibly put in a situation where she had to give up; as you know, Mikasa definitely isn't physically weaker than Hange & looking at it she could've psychically forced Hange away & then took away the injection from Levi if she actually wanted to in that scenario....but she didn't & came to realization of the more rational decision to make after listening to Hange's speech, despite the massive stakes & heat of the situation. Henceforth I do find that to be a commendable decision making from her part.
For the second point, just giving one more example like Thorfinn from Vinland doesn't really prove the point that it's an overused common trope, you probably should give some more examples to get the point across. As for whether they are done better than Mikasa's case....that's up for argument & I hope you do realize that explaining that part would help better as for how other similar cases are done better than Mikasa's rather than just merely stating it.
As for whether she's overrated, I can actually find it understandable as for why you (and many other people) can find her to be overrated. I don't mind that, but I'm just giving my very own reasons for liking her character & trying to logically explain them from my part (since you were curious as for why I like her character so much), that's all. :)

@345EdwardElric,You are making Mikasa's decision seem like a heroic decision when in fact, she was more or less forced into it/emotionally forced into it. Also, if you think Mikasa can beat up everyone there and use the serum on Armin, you are forgetting that she was tired from the whole thunder spear battle against reiner and the attack on levi was adrenaline so to say so she could easily be restrained by the other recruits. She was practically forced to accept Armin's death for humanity's survival.
Even if you do not agree to this, I can state that Mikasa's whole character is simping for Eren, so she was ready to let go of Armin although they were close because he is not Eren. If Eren were in the same position as Armin, she would have ignored Hange, taken the serum from Levi blah blah blah. This will be explained in the next episode I believe.
Talking about Thorfinn from Vinland saga, you see what struggles Thorfinn has faced when Askeladd killed his father, how he resisted the urge to kill him in his sleep. His reluctance to kill rabbits and humans etc. For mikasa it was a 3 step process, see parents die_>Get depressed>simp for eren
Also i think you misread the whole priority stuff. Mikasa's only priority is Eren. She was hostile towards Reiner, Bertolt and Ymir because they were Titans and she is hostile towards Titans. Historia was a human moreso a hostage so Mikasa was willing to lend an ear. that was no priority or blah.
So basically you are trying to take a 1D character and trying to make her seem 3D, but the axes don't come out of nowhere.

I'm not even sure this guy knows how a story works, he probably thinks it's a bunch of of filler in between his favorite characters doing badass things.
Rather than being forced or emotionally forced into it, I'd say that it's more reasonable to say she actually came to realization of the more rational decision to make after hearing Hange. Saying that she was forced to give up on Armin is a highly debatable claim to make considering the show had established her strength. Sure, she was somewhat weakened by the thunder spear attacking but she clearly wasn't as much hurt or weakened like many of the other characters there who had to face direct assaults from the Beast Titan. Hange, the one restraining her was pretty obviously even far more weakened by the Colossal Titan's explosion (adding to the fact that she's obviously psychically weaker than Mikasa in general as well). Point to be noted is that she was able to 'easily overpower a weakened Levi who despite being so much weakened certainly wasn't a chump even at that point considering he was able to kick away Eren like nothing. Mikasa was probably weakened at that point, but certainly not much considering she didn't even take any strong direct hits to her body either in that whole vigil. So considering all that I think that it's quite unreasonable to assume that the other scouts could've restrained her in that scenario, given how the had established her enormous strength & skill adding to the fact that most of the other people present there were also weakened via the assault of the Beast Titan and other means. Logically speaking, a better conclusion would be to say that she was made to realize the more rational way of things Hange's speech (referring to which as I said, I do acknowledge the importance & influence Hange had in that scenario to make Mikasa realize all that) & then decide to abate/refrain from her impulsive action. I give Mikasa credit for that decision making in that scenario, even if Hange had a strong influence in that, considering the massive stakes, tightness & heat of the scenario.
For the second point, that makes no sense considering the fact that she did in fact Levi & attempted to snatch away the injection from him forcefully - she wouldn't have done that at all if she didn't care for Armin & only for Eren. The claim that she only simps for Eren & apart from that has no priority for others at all is clearly proven wrong & contradicted by her impulsive action of attacking Levi for Armin's sake. Yes, Eren is her first priority amongst all (which is quite natural considering her whole backstory with him), but other than that she's obviously has priority for others like Armin as well, even if to a lesser extent. You do know that she would've definitely snatched away the injection from Levi for Armin's sake if not for Hange's intervention & it took some strong words from Hamge and all that for Mikasa to abate/refrain from what she was doing impulsively, which shows that she did care about Armin to as huge extent as well, even if it's lesser than what she does about Eren. Yeah she probably would've still taken away the injection from Levi in that scenario if Eren was in place of Armin, but all her hesitation & the intervention it still took from Hange's part to make Mikasa abate from what she was impulsively doing for Armin's sake shows her strong priority for Armin as well, even if it happens to be to a lesser extent than Eren. So overall the claim that she only does prioritize Eren clearly doesn't hold much ground considering the actions we witnessed from Mikasa in that scenario. Eren is her first & foremost priority which I obviously can't deny, but she does have lesser & yet strong priorities for others as well as shown in her decisions throughout the series.
For the third point regarding the priority part, I can easily once again refer to the above point of her impulsive action to attack Levi in order to save Armin all her hesitation + Hange's intervention it took for her refrain/give up from that to show that she obviously does have other priorities to herself apart from Eren, even if that does happen to be to a lesser extent compared to her priority for Eren. Now coming to the point in episode 36, it's obviously natural for people like Eren or Mikasa to be hostile against against Titans considering what they experienced from the Titans in their childhood, but the whole thing wasn't quite just simple as that, since earlier on in the season you can see that Mikasa alongside some of the other scouts did intervene to save Historia & Ymir as well when they were cornered by a hoard of Titans all around, so it's no like Miasa and co. were automatically hostile against someone the moment they knew that the person is a Titan, wasn't exactly the case for them with Ymir right of the bat after her reveal as a Titan (for Annie, Bertholdt & Reiner, the hostilty towards them was naturally obvious fir Mikasa & co. because of their antagonistic actions). For the priority aspect we get to Mikasa's part, that's evident in when we see that she decides to attack Ymir directly when she sees Ymir making sides with Bertholdt & Reiner since obviously she doesn't care much regarding her, but when Historia intervened for Ymir's sake, you can see that she at first decides to give Historia the option of choosing sides at first before she decided what to do with her rather than directly attacking anymore, which showed that she actually had considerably more priority for Historia compared to what she had for Ymir. So I'd say that the priority aspect is more than evident here in Mikasa's actions.
Coming to the fourth point, yeah I'm not denying that the process of Thorfinn becoming a more vengeful & silent/stoic aside was depicted very well in the show through his struggles & experiences, which I would consider to be very good character writing, but my point is that the process of the change in Mikasa's character/personality should also be noted, which IMO that certain episode of AoT depicted very well through a strong scene. She was put into a state of total shock after seeing his parents butchered in front of her eyes & herself being abducted by those people, but it was Eren's words of insisting her to stand up & fight/kill in order to survive which put her out of that whole state of trauma/shock & got her going forward. It's the sheer influence of Eren's words which which was able to get her up & going for her vigil after that traumatic experience she had at such an young age - all the "simping" for Eren is actually for that regard which is understandable after that incident. It's also to be noted that the impact of that incident caused a strong change in her personality from the happy & cheerful girl she used to be before, like it happened in Thorfinn's case too - she developed a more silent & stoic personality who let's her actions do the talking, that type of personality she displayed usually unless when Eren is in danger in which scenario the more insecure "yandere" side of her character where she's ready to protect Eren at all costs is brought forward.
