My personal favourite is "Infanity World" it has lines spoken by Lain's VA. Engrish, but i think it sounds really good.

This is quite a niche topic so i don't expect many people to respond. Of course there's the expected choices such as the OP and ED which are both really good but I'm interested in seeing others favourites from the full collection.

this is kinda not what you asked for, but this mashup of the opening is just so good i have to share it.

now to answer your question, my favorite would probably be the theme for club cyberia. it's so chaotic and unsettling, and it just fits the scenes it's used in perfectly, even though it's not something you would actually hear in a club.
