Idk if it's nostalgia, but some of the best OP moments for me come from the beginning of the show, especially the Arlong Park arc("Luffy, save me *sniff*" always gets me).

haha.idk, It never occurred to me that dororo was a girl but I think was fine.

For me, there wasn't much to complain before the 500 episode mark. Then I caught up to the show and started watching it weekly, it got tough to endure it(the pacing was so slow, nothing really happened in some episodes) and I eventually dropped OP in the Dressrosa arc. Just recently I came back after I found One Pace, a group that edits the episodes and cuts the padding/filler from the episodes. The goal is to get the episodes to match the manga as much as possible. Out of curiosity, after I got to the weekly episodes again, I switched to the manga and finally can understand why they tell people to go for the manga.
But the anime offers so much with the voice actors, the OSTs and the sometimes beautiful animation. You are in for many surprises!

Yuasa's work tend to cause this vibe, he does make some peculiar anime.

One Piece is VERY time consuming, but it's like made for binge watching. If you ever feel the pacing is getting too bad, or the animation too sloppy, switch to the manga, you won't regret it.

Samurai Champloo was one of my first and holds a special place in my heart. I get emotional with some songs from the show, especially "Shiki no Uta", the first ED song.

Idk what would be of me if I relied on my memory. I wouldn't remember half of my list.
I got some promising names. Haven't watched any yet. If you want I can tell you what I thought as I watch them.

I see you enjoy Samurai Champloo (probably more than I do and that gif in your list is sweet). It is such a great piece of work. Found out about Nujabes from the anime's OST. Me liking "badass cool af characters that don't give a damn" most likely comes from Mugen.

My fav OP is probably Re:Re: from boku dake ga inai machi. I like One-me two-hearts from Hitorie allot as well!
Fav JoJo OP (cause JoJo has to be rated on its own) is propably the second one from part 4: Chase by Batta.
But I certainly like the FMAB OPs as well, but not as my favs. Best FMAB OP from me is either Again by Yui or Golden time lover by Sukima switch.

As honorable mention for my fav OP its probably Enigmatic feeling from psycho-pass 2!

Ah indeed,it has changed so much that I felt rather indifferent to it but over time just grew to like it just as much as the first season,although I've already forgotten a lot about it,too lazy to rewatch and reread for shit lmao...well I've already got poor memory in general sooooo :p,I mean...it depends on you ofc,from the least I remember it isn't the same as it was at S1 if that's what you're looking for.I personally think everything after post-basement turned rather complicated although I do think it's better than the previous seasons,really the only character I actually care for is Eren tbh lol.
