I cant change my mail to an outlook address

As the title suggests, I can't change my mail. The mail is not getting through. I also checked all spam folders but they're empty as well.
Any suggestions on what to do?

Some email providers block emails from MAL because they think they're spam. And they get blocked before they even arrive in your mail box so you won't see them in the spam folders.

Providers like outlook and hotmail seem to be fine sometimes, and sometimes they seem to block emails. If this is the case for you then you could try to contact your email provider and ask for the emails to be unblocked (if it's not a global block they might do it for your account, but no guarantee).

An alternative is to use a different email for MAL (for example a gmail) and then forward these emails to your outlook account. I wrote instructions for how to set up the forwarding on gmail a while ago (might be a bit outdated, but I think you will get how it's supposed to work):
