Could someone explain what Han Li said about his cultivation at the beginning od the episode (the '200 years later' part)? About the 3 prohibitions and all that. The translation was rather bad so I didn't understand what he meant.

It's a little weird to see fights without any blood or visible injuries, it's like all those slashes, stabs and punches just didn't connect.

His teacher plotted and almost succeeded taking over his soul/body to rebirth. Due to this incident it created a foundation and a path for Han Lin to start his immortal journey (e.g. with the immortal scrolls and skills)

Here are the 3 constraint when it comes to taking over one soul.
1. As immortals you can't take over a mortal soul

2. The lower ranked soul you can't take over a higher ranked soul - this is what killed the teacher (a mortal) as he tried taking over Han Lin's soul (immortal) when he reaches ranked 6 Qi

3. You may only take over a soul once in your lifetime.
