| THIS IS A NOVEL ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS VOLUME. ---------------------------------------- What is this? I'm honestly disappointed that the Popedom is still intact. I was expecting to see this Fratz to ruin with piled bodies left and right or at the very least, make all the cardinals and the pope a gruesome sight. Now this is what I call a true heresy to the series. Well, there's still a lot of tragedies that transpired so I still get a fill for my delight even by a bit because these tragedies are kinda too shallow. The case with Isabelle were just too fast paced. I had to wonder how the heck is a mutual trust can easily form like that. The case with old woman too, the tragic scene were simply just told so it lacks the actual substance. The least interesting one is probably that faceless soldier, that's so forgettable XD. But finally, we got a good taste of horror with Maeleys, the refugee girl. That's such a wonderful horrible scenery. Now then, the only remaining ones are the eastern union and empire, I've honestly lost interest in the obvious direction this author is trying to head to but hopefully, the destruction of those two nations remain in the plans. |
