Skip .5 volumes?

My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected (light novel)

I just bought volume 8 and 9, but not 7.5. So, I wanted to know if it was nesesary to read this one before, since it it a side story volume.
I have the doubt mainly because I just read that a new character is itroduced in that volume (Iroha).

I wouldn’t skip the .5 volumes and 100% you should read 7.5.

there are some important scenes in those .5 volumes. specially regarding the ending. So please read them, specially 7.5 and 10.5.
