| I finally got around to watching it, I was excited to see this being a fan of the series. That Dragon Ball Super Broly movie ended up being real good and the animation looked similar so I had high hopes for it... Nah, this was worse than Strong World, Z and Gold. The animation was good, maybe not as good as Broly but nothing to complain about and some of the old songs were a nice touch but aside from that there's not much positive to say about it. There was no story at all, even Gold had more story than this. The antagonist seemed interesting at first and was involved in a good action scene until they completely ruined it by turning him into a Megazord for almost the rest of the entire movie. They already did a similar trick with the giant Tesoro in the last one but at least that was the end. Even one of the MHA movies did something similar. So most of the action in the movie ended up being mediocre. Too much fan service with just randomly throwing in a bunch of old characters so the main ones didn't get much to do. Repetitive humour throughout, none of it at all funny as it's the same recycled jokes you get from the show. And then the same old generic "I want to be strong and I want to be alone" "No way friends are important they're your real power" drivel that seems like it's a necessity for Shonen anime now. Very disappointing. |

| I kinda feel they broke the power levels by defeating someone who was stated to be on level of Rayleigh. That really cemented the movie as not being canon and irrelevant. | The previous 3 films did have good storylines. Strong world is my favourite personally. This film was definitely felt like it was just to serve the fans... just a bunch of characters from a bunch of arcs and easter eggs. The fighting felt too rushed to be enjoyable. It felt bland. But because i kinda liked the idea (the idea of going over the top with the scale of the battle) i thought it was kinda nice after having finished the movie. But i definitely would have enjoyed a movie with a story instead... |

| Totally agree, the story was mediocre at best, it felt like it was jumbled together in 5 minutes, it's just a big fan service to see all your fav characters in action, besides that, nothing really worth mentioning, I expected more than that. |

| Yes stampede was not as good as previous 3. But it is atleast as good as One Piece: Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island. And definitely better than others movies in one piece |

| Agreed, this movie was utter garbage. This movie was nothing but fanservice, bad CGI and a dull villain. I found Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island more interesting than Stampede. Heck Strong World, Film Z and Gold were better than this movie. At least the villains in those movies were interesting than the dull meathead we had in Stampede. Also, I felt like this movie was in it's third act the whole time. There was no build-up leading to the fights making all the fights in this movie saturated. But I have to give the animators props because this movie had the best animation compared to all the One Piece movies we had. The animators went crazy. |
