DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Itto and Diagoro are waiting for the day of battle, but at the same time Retsudō is on house arrest under Abe's supervision. Retsudō sits and waits for his plans to take shape since the secretary's daughter is doing his bidding after Retsudō doesn't return. She has created the explosive flare to signal the kusa to return to Edo. In the process, she gets injured and loses an arm, but she manages to make it to Itto and pass on Retsudō's message. Itto now knows something has happened to Retsudō, so let's see what he plans on doing. Everything is falling into place for the final showdown. |
