| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- IT'S A TRAP!!! Okay, I really loved this episode. Tbh, I'm really enjoying this series overall. I think I'm just taken in by the CLAMP-ness of it all so I'm probably pretty biased. I like that there's a different mystery to solve each week and yes, it's not exactly Agatha Christie but the characters are charming and in other episodes, total bad-asses. I doubt this anime is going there but I kinda hope that there's some sort of overarching nefarious scheme of the president's - she seems dodge. She's oddly well-informed about everything. But most of the time, these types of characters in Cardcaptor Sakura end up having perfectly decent motives so I'm guessing she's not a villain. She reminds me of Eriol from CCS. Also, Suoh looked cute in his little yellow tux. He's definitely my fave.  |
