Kengan Ashura Zero is a one volume prequal to Kengan Ashura that was pending on this website for a while but seems to have been removed, why is this? It is real and there should be no reason to not have it here.

Yeah don't worry it's always like this with mal, it can take a year or more for a manga to be approved due to a serious lack of database moderators.
I don't know why it was removed if it was on pending but have you checked the manga database forum ? They sometimes explain why something was removed
