Funimation has revealed the English dub voice actors for the main characters of Kyoto Animation's Nichijou (Nichijou - My Ordinary Life). The company will ship a Blu-ray and a digital version on July 23, which will also include Nichijou: Nichijou no 0-wa (My Ordinary Life Episode 0).

Cast
Mio Naganohara: Leah Clark
Sakamoto: Anthony Bowling
Yuuko Aioi: Morgan Garrett
Nano Shinonome: Monica Rial
Hakase Shinonome: Jad Saxton

Nichijou adapts Keiichi Arawi's ten-volume comedy manga. The anime adaptation aired in Spring 2011. Funimation previously released the series as a Blu-ray & DVD combo in February 2017.

Vertical Inc. licensed the manga for North America and translated the manga in its entirely, releasing volume 10 in September 2017.

One of my favorite anime out there.
But then again, it's Funimation. Hard pass. Have fun for anyone watching it.

Is this even suited for a dub? Would'nt they, like mentioned above, rewrite much of the spoken comedy? Like, it's mostly slap-stick in the show, but in between there are very Japan centric dialogues/monologues.

Yeah both Funimation and ANN have been acting up badly as of late.
Either way, I hope the dub isn’t too terrible.

Is it just me or did Funimation pull all the English dub previews from Youtube?

A dub? Well, people are okay with the dub for Land of The Lustrous, so I guess this will also not be bad, given the popularit of the show. But for some reason I can't see the videos. May be some regional legal shenanigans from youtube...
