Should I watch Bloom into you?

I've been hearing nothing but good things about this series. I'm seeing this in many must-watch 2018 anime lists.
Tbh I'm not a big fan of yuri. I mean I like it but only in porn/hentai. I prefer the sexual part of yuri rather seeing how they come to love each other.
Do you think I would like it? Also should I watch the anime or just start with the manga?

If that's the case, no, you probably won't like it.

it's more on the Shoujo Ai (Girls and Love) rather than Yuri (sexual) so you will probably won't like it if you are just in for the yuri part. Still a definite must watch in 2018 since this is anime is a needle in the haystack kind of masterpiece

No. Watch Sakura Trick that's more your alley and it has a good Yuri story as well.
