Honestly creating a new topic for a light novel volume is always such a pain, been avoiding doing for less interesting volumes, 6 was not bad but too slow paced.
Now 7 is a surprise... my major complain so far has been the magic side always felt boring and with uninstering text and descriptions to read, whereas science was always awesome due to writters interesting ideas of future tech.

Volume 7 has to be the best volume focused on magic yet!
You get introduced to some interesting characters (like Laura), and get some more development for others, like Kanzaki (she was so cute at the end).
Besides the volume felt well paced, it helps I almost dont remenber anything from the anime adaptation.

Just cant see how they will justify Agnese actions, she was clearly drunk on power and the whole roman sect is just soo arrogant and racist.

Might comment on next volume, just started to read and it is Misaka heavy (HYPE).

This is one of the best volumes for me, I'm totally in love.

I dont know from where to start,the pace, action, story flow and fights are amazing!
and to be able to see Stiyl this much is a bless for me, he nailed it this arc and his teamwork with Touma was so awesome n_n
I also loved how this arc revolves around the book of the law and the mystery and theories about it.

"He doesn’t want to stay in a city where he can’t buy cigarettes." this cracked me up xD the ending overall was so funny with Tsuchimikado and Kanzaki ^^

I also want to point out how much I love this novel for the information stated in it, it is so interesting, and how the author take care of the details and try to create an emotional connection for example:

"It sounded like a sharp scratch on a piece of glass or a blackboard that made people feel weird when they heard it"

I want to take the chance to thank you for this, you make it so much easier xD I wanted to create one for vol 6 but hadn't much to comment about :|
As for Agnes from my opinion she and the other roman nuns are outrageous. but I believe they tried to justify her actions a little bit by implying she had a tough life before and not wanting to go back to it, but couldn't feel that much for her
