Boku no Pico on Blu-Ray would be a very popular /a/ Secret Santa gift. "But they're underage!" Loli/shota stuff gets released officially on a semi-regular basis, including by the distributors I listed, often with faked ages. I don't see why Pico is any different - just throw in some bullshit line/subtitle about Pico going to university. |
