| It's my most used social media tbh. I use it as a platform for my hobby - collecting and reading manga. Community there is pretty chill and nice and photos are a good way to share about this. I also follow a lot of travel and baking accounts. |

| No. I've literally no reason to scroll through pictures of photoshopped whores. Compared to other social media i feel like it's way too personal: your followers can see what you liked and stuff. My friends posting random pictures of themselves honestly really cringe. The only reason why the app is on my phone at all is when friends send me stuff and i don't wanna be redirected to the browser and have some annoying notification pop up |

| I used Instagram back when i was trying to blend with everyone at Uni. I eventually give up and open it from time to time and only to see all the memes my brother sent me. Not gonna lie, some memes are incredible on IG, specially the anime/vtuber ones. Sadly it is not something you can sent to every "contact" lol |

| @Amityblight Sorta, MAL is more corporate like nowadays and owned by a company but community side is still ran by volunteer community members who unfortunately over later years became influenced by big corporate websites in how they operate so it feels corpo now even though hasnt fully gotten there. Sites like Facebook and YouTube and Twitter have employed moderators while Reddit i think uses a mix of both unless im mistaken. Also like i said i dont avoid such sites in their entirety i just dont feel like joining them unless i really need to. Technically the counter term to corpo web (i have seen it called core web too) is peripheral web and personal web which isnt all entirely the deep web in the strict meaning of the word and some of the deep web is part of the corpo/core web like personal email inboxes for example. I do wonder what kind of sites you came across though ? Unless they are darkweb sites which in such a case I cant be bothered with atm. I imagine id run into browser incompatibility issues on some though maybe i can find a device that works. |
