I cannot put into words my hate for tragedy anime and I look at this and see that it's basically a robot chick and a guy I want to know if this is a tragedy anime.

Thanks

Perhaps?
It's too early to judge there's also no tragedy on the filters

Isn't drama and tragedy the same?
so if you just like happy things, you shouldn't watch drama-tagged anime anyways...

For someone who likes Mirai Nikki, Steins Gate, and Sword Art Online, but doesn't like tragedy anime, that's kinda strange. Those anime had characters suffered through tragedy. It's not a genre, but at least most anime characters do go through tragedy. So I don't get what's so bad about that cuz that's natural in anime. For this anime...the only certain tragedy is the problems with hIE robots in corruption But from what I see, this anime isn't that sad or tragic for now and feels pretty boring and rushed.

> Is beatless a tragedy anime?

Based on the first episode, I'd say it will be Shoematsu nani shitemasuka, because the animators appear to have shoes fetish. In other words, yes it will also be a tragedy, cause japanese people cannot tolerate anything that ends happily ever after and anime is primarily made for domestic consumption. Furthermore any blue-haired girl is already DoA by TV tropes definition.

OK, here is the gist: in Ep1, while Lacia is reciting the end user licence, there is a shot of her lower legs and she's shown wearing hi-tech stilettos. At the very end of the ED in Ep1, there is a pair of discarded high heel shoes laying in the sand on the sea-shore. It's obvious those pumps belonged to a demilitarized Lacia, who for some reason

You can see in the ED how the little sister raced a bicycle to get there, trying to prevent the tragedy in vain, and then she was mad at her brother for letting it happen.

Don't be suprised, after all light novels and their adaptations all have a few basic tenets in common: the girl MC dies, the MC guy is scum of the earth because he's a coward and the author cares about nothing but to how to concoct a sequel and milk the franchise ad nauseum. Any shite goes as long as that grand aim is fulfilled.

ImAWeebUwU, where did you find the guilty crown forum stating it has a good ending? Please don’t spoil how it ends or any plot but I was wondering where did you get it from because I keep questioning myself whether it is a tragedy or not

There is a topic explaining the ending in the guilty crown forum on MAL. It's on the first page I think.

I "sense" Guilty Crown. Dunno why but it feels like I'm watching Guilty Crown everytime I watch this anime. So I guess it's going to have tragedy by the end.

No, drama isn't the same as tragedy. It's one of those things where one does not always make the other. Tragedy is a type of drama, but drama doesn't imply tragedy.

Tragedy implies there is something extremely sad and depressing, generally being death.
Drama simply implies a lot of conflicting emotions.

BUT, I suppose if one was trying to avoid tragedy at all costs, removing drama series _would_ do the trick. But still, there are plenty of great anime that are in the "Drama" category without any form of tragedy whatsoever.

I think on MAL, they don't classify just anything as drama though, it needs to be extremely dramatic. But technically anything with comedy, romance, tragedy, or craziness in it is "drama".

don't worry; I think, i want to ease you by saying Inorie from guilty crown didn't exactly die. I heard that she is alive but the anime didn't get a renewal, so it wan't intentional that it will end like that, but, at least now you know she is kind off alive.
