| @TomboyEXE: I'd skip the sugar-coating and just say how it is, which is downright bad. To make it slightly better, I'd remove the thick black border. For future attempts, best you work on your compositioning. Let pictures and text of your layout be in harmony with each other. How it is now, it's far from that. Very far. |

At least you get to the point :D I was planning to remove it also since it looks awkward on my profile page. Now what's EXACTLY wrong with composition? If you mention what's wrong in the current layout, i can make changes. |

Putting translucent boxes with text on top of pictures is not a very good move most of the time. It's more effective to make separate sections for those two components. Now that doesn't mean just make the boxes with text randomly and put pictures elswhere. Try to place them so they compliment each other and it doesn't have to be a simple box with a text inside either. Play around, be creative. I always find it best to visit other peoples profiles who were nominated/are in the voting round of the Best Profile Design contest held every month, to get ideas. Deviantart is another nice place. Mainly because, when you make a profile layout, think of weblayouts. Think about how to present information about what you want in a way that's pleasing to another's eye and to your's as well. That's why, sometimes it's a nice plan to look at webdesigns uploaded on deviantart too instead of fixating on MAL profiles. |

| still too large, it's 607kb. You'd be best to delete some frames out instead of changing the size. Also you can check the size beforehand. |

The only thing is that the blur is maybe a little bit too strong around the character. It almost looks like the edges of the character are also a bit blurred. That's just a minor thing though.^^ |

As a concept, it's nice, clean, and simple, but I would change or edit the gif so the color variation and hue match the other image(s). Otherwise, the font is terrible not fitting, and the boxes don't align correctly. The gif box has a dysfunctional border & frames are misaligned, and personally I feel a pure black border adds too much contrast (would probably use eye dropper on parts of the background of the source image for the color of the border). |

Thanks for the feedback. What do you think of this now? I tried to align them better. Colored the white space because it was bugging me. |

| @tsudecimo Im on mobile rn so kind of hard to tell, but they look aligned now edit: they're not aligned q-q If you don't like the white//using that bg color, probably better to change the color of the font. :x Btw, I think you can split the images by box with the new alignment bbcode(?) Turning the entire image into a gif for one section lowers the quality of the other images. |
