Hrmm, I have some rec'ns but they're all light, web, and visual novels. I'd suggest you give reading novels a try since seeking anime series with your pref's is very difficult. Giving Kiyotaka Ayanokouji an example means you're looking for a protagonist who is clever, calculating and unruffled or unfazed in every kind of jeopardy and shocking situations. Adding Light Yagami means you're also seeking for a protagonist who will not hesitate to do dirty and grotesque things for the purpose of achieving a goal.
The following kinda suits your prefs but it's really up to your judgement. Therefore, I'm not certain if they'll twitch your urge. I did came across a certain user who asked for rec'ns with Kiyotaka Ayanokouji as an example but I can't seem to remember his/her name. I've given him/her the same novels. If you find this redundant or annoying, well, feel free to delete or ignore this message also if it serves as irrelevant. Here goes nothing.
