They are close to the style you might be looking for.

Aku no Hana, Ping Pong The Animation are different too but they are also much different from what you mentioned.

Katanagatari. Based on the novel by NisiOisiN, who did the Monogatari series, though it has no relation to them.

May not be the cartoony art style those have, but they all have unique art styles regardless.

Ping Pong: The Animation has a VERY unique art style.

Space Dandy uses different well known directors in some episodes so it ends up being varried and unique in terms of art in animation at times.

Mind Game is another with uique art and it's just a movie as I recall.

Afro Samurai is VERY unique in terms of art as it is a combination of both western and anime.

Paprika is gorgeous, trippy, and just really fun. Definitely fits the bill as would pretty much ANY Satoshi Kon work.

I don't see ANY Gibli on your list which utterly baffles, confuses, and alarms me. Watch all of those, epseically: Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Totoro, Castle in the Sky.

Not super unique art, but based on your other likes I do think you would enjoy Samurai Champloo

+1 to Jojo's, Nana, and Paradise kiss (keep in mind the latter two are VERY VERY VERY shoujo so if you want action, these do not fit the bill. Jojo does.)
+100000000000000000000000000000000 to Utena but I'm obviously extremely biased towards my favorite series.

From the ones that werent mentioned, Tatami Galaxy, Mononoke and The Count of Monte Cristo have pretty unique artstyles but the tone of the shows you mentioned was much lighter than these 3

FLCL and Gurren Lagann are from the same creators of Kill La Kill, so they share similar art and awesome animation and you might like. +1 for Tatami Galaxy, one of the best trips I had in any anime. I also recommend the novel when you're finished.

+Mononoke - though I agree it's darker than, say, Flip Flappers. You should start by watching the three-episode arc called "Bake Neko" that concludes Ayakashi Samurai Horror Tales. That show was such a success that the additional twelve episodes in Mononoke were made afterward.
