 It has been presented at AnimeJapan 2017 that video distribution service Hulu and Hakuhodo group's animation studio Craftar will collaborate and produce a smart original CG anime titled Soutai Sekai (The Relative Worlds). The first part of the anime will premiere on April 28, followed by the second part a week after on May 5. The story is set in the year 2020 in Japan. Shin Hazama encountered his other "self," who walks a different life from another Japan. The everyday life which they thought would be perpetual, altered, as their life crackle away. What will the boys and girls desire and choose? A fight against another self in another world begins. | The possibilities of where this is gonna go are endless. I'll await more news for now, but at the moment it looks promising. The fact that it's being handled mostly if not entirely in CG is concerning, so I hope they handle that aspect in a well-enough manner. |
