But this as good as any confirmation until then. I wouldn't be to surprised if started a bit of work on it already, but their probably waiting until the LN's adaptation of Arc 4 finishes which should be in two or three more bonks. No because the show has been well received and has won or come close to wining several awards like the one I just mentioned. So people clearly want out see more of the story which wouldn't be possible without the demand. |

| I just heard the character designer, Kyuta Sakai will be busy with another upcoming whitefox show along with Steins;Gate 0. Whitefox will also be busy with Peacemaker Kurogane anime which still has no release date decided so unfortunately I don't think we'll see any announcement until 2018 or 2019. |

That's within expectation imo. Late 2018 was always most likely outcome of the earliest we would hear of a S2 because even without some of staff being busy, enough of Arc 5 would have be adapted into the LN before anime could even start. That said, it's not unusual for some staff (or be given to entirely new studio) to be replaced during subsequent seasons of a show due to time constriants too. Bu t most important thing is that this is a confirmation that Kaldokawa still plans to grow the franchise, so a sequel just matter of when rather than if. I also expect a recap movie at some point too. |

| HELL YES! I knew this show was too big not to continue. We probably won't see a continuation till late 2018 or 2019, but as long as I know it's coming I don't care how long I wait. If I were them I'd adapt some of the spin-offs/IF stories since those seem really interesting could be a good way to pass the time until Arc 4 in the LN is completed. |
But you don't want to see mental breakdown on this forum and new record of anime being in dropped list? It will happen becouse The uproar will be amazing, can't wait. |
