| I always liked the horror themed episodes in the main series, this was another good one to add to the list, there were some good spooky moments but at the same time there was a lot of hilarity to keep things light. I had a feeling there was something up with this ghost goat story, like how could Mendou’s dad be that dumb lol, turns out there was never any danger (besides when the ghost goat became a fire breathing kaiju and nearly killed Mendou’s jet pilots lol) and a crucial detail was left out that the people who died all died of old age lol, they were rightfully pissed at the end. And nice that this episode had the original OP and ED as well, haven’t heard them without them being in the background of an episode in a hot minute. |
| Amazon Prime thumbnail with Mendo holding firearms was sort of frightening, and not too matching with such a weird (luckily for me misleading in hindsight) title. But the episode was better than expectations, even if, obviously, come on... Mendo's father is such a troll (and clearly it runs in other members of his family)... "everyone involved with the goat cursed photos died"... Yeah, of old age because it all happened a long time ago. |
