| Hey guys, I know there's a few threads for the Steam Winter Sale up already, but I have a bit of a particular request. I got a $20 Steam gift card for Christmas and with the funds I previously had in my account, I have $25 at my disposal. I usually binge quite a few games during the Steam Winter Sale, but this year I'm at a bit of a loss as to what games I should get this year. There are some games I'm mildly interested in, but none that I feel I "must have" unless I get some pretty good recommendations. If it helps, my favorite games that I've gotten off of Steam are To The Moon, Undertale, Dust: An Elysian Tail, Cave Story, The Banner Saga, CrossCode, Transistor, Bastion, Skyborn, and Shovel Knight. A few of the games that I'm mildly interested in (and are on-sale) are Anodyne, Stardew Valley, Moon Hunters, Axiom Verge, Banner Saga 2, and Hyper Light Drifter. I'm really at a loss as to which ones I should get but I am leaning more toward Anodyne (because it's really cheap), Stardew Valley (looks really fun), and Hyper Light Drifter (looks like a pretty sweet hack-and-slash. I'll probably wait a little longer on Banner Saga 2 and Axiom Verge to drop a bit more in-price and Moon Hunters has me going back-and-forth. Would any of you recommend either of these games or would you say there are some other games out there that I didn't list that I should check out? Thanks. |
| stardew valley is kind of fun life is strange, oblivion, vtmb, grim dawn, payday 1 but i dont know if people still play it, vermintide, dishonored, va-11 hall-a, torchlight, transistor. |

| I picked up Oblivion yesterday, still didn't' play it. But it's the Elder Scrolls, it has to be good. |
